How You Can Help

Federal Worker Assistance

We will now be providing Saturday assistance to Federal Workers who have been impacted by the government shutdown.

By appointment only, federal workers residing in our greater Catonsville service area, can receive non-perishable food items (one-time distribution per household).

Below is a list of suggested food donations:

-Canned Meats (tuna/chicken)
-Boxes of Cereal
-Jelly
-Dry Soup (Ramen/Nissin/Lipton)
-Rice (small boxes or bags)
-Baking Mixes (cake/brownie/muffin/pancake)
-Oatmeal
-Canned Meals (Chef Boyardee/canned stew/canned chili)
-Spaghetti Sauce
-Pasta
-Pasta/Rice Side Dishes (Knorr/Lipton/Rice-a-Roni)

In an effort to bring awareness and support to other food distribution sources in our area, during this challenging time, we are once again asking for items that will help to support the food pantry on the CCBC Catonsville campus. This on-campus pantry supports hundreds of students a week. 

By dropping off items on the list below, and we will make certain that these donations make it to their campus.

Our food pantry is SUPER low on STARCH SIDES. 

So, the next time you are out shopping, please think of your neighbors in need and pick up an extra pasta or rice side dish like Knorr/Lipton/Rice-a-Roni. 

The CEA donation hours are: 
Monday-Thursday, 9AM-1PM & SATURDAY (11/8) 9-11AM
